Villa Marcello – Fauglia

This wonderful villa is located in the Tuscan hills in a strategic position close to the Firenze – Pisa – Livorno highway.

In about 45 minutes you can reach Florence, Pisa and its airport in 20 minutes and the south coast and Versilia in 30 minutes. The landscape is beautiful. What used to be an old farmhouse built in the early 1900s has been expertly restored with great attention to details. Each room tells of travels, research into furnishings and antiques to which the current owners are very attached. The beauty echoes in every corner of this house, surrounded by 10,000 square meters of land with ornamentalv plants, fruit and olive trees from which a good production of excellent oil is obtained. The 650 square meter house consists of two blocks connected by a common courtyard where a beautiful fountain is housed by two beautiful turtles!
