The very lively area is also well served by surface transport, supermarkets, schools, small shops of various kinds and restaurants.

The building was not built at the same time as the façade building and is located inside a double courtyard of an elegant and well-kept period building built at the end of the 19th century.

The main entrance, one pedestrian and one driveway, is on the ground floor which gives direct access to a large space divided into other rooms with plasterboard walls.

A freight elevator leads to the basement of the same size as the ground floor and of the same layout but partially divided into an open space.

On the first floor there is a further space of approximately 100 m2 plus a flat roof where the dormer windows and light vents are located to give brightness to the rooms below.

There is also a small mezzanine floor and a small courtyard.

Access to the various floors is ensured by two flights of external stairs in addition to the goods lift.

The ceilings are high on the ground floor mt. 3.40 while on the cellar floor mt. 3.65 and on the first floor mt. 3.00 in addition to the mezzanine floor mt. 2.00.

Overall the building needs a total renovation.
