Villa Romanella – Fauglia – Pisa

The Villa we propose is located in Fauglia in the province of Pisa, a well-known location surrounded by greenery that is particularly strategic as from here, in a few minutes, it is possible to reach the access to the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno highway, the A15 motorway, the airport Galileo Galilei (Pisa), Florence, Versilia, the great port of Livorno and many other prestigious Tuscan locations.

Villa Romanella is a beautiful villa built in the first half of 1800 of 510 square meters free on four sides located in the center of a wonderful private park and land of about 4000 square meters from which it is possible to dominate the beautiful hills that surround it, with tall trees and olive trees. The Villa, full of original frescoes and floors make it unique and elegant. It is spread over three levels that can be reached via an elegant stone staircase. From the main entrance, on the ground floor, we find the two large rooms, one on the right and the other on the left with frescoed ceilings and walls.

Continuing on the large kitchen with pantry and with secondary access to the park, the guest bathroom, closet and another large bedroom. In the middle of the long entrance, also with a frescoed ceiling, there are four columns. Between two of these is the access that leads to the staircase that leads to the upper floors.

On the first floor a large hall with access to four large bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room and the wonderful balcony that offers a splendid view of the hilly horizon. The second floor, once used for service and servants’ rooms, has the same plan as the floors below: a large hallway which leads to the four bedrooms, bathroom and closet. This beautiful property is completed by a convenient room for the shelter of two cars, two artifacts, one of which houses an ancient wood-burning oven.

The Villa still in its original state awaits a new owner who will renovate it, enhancing its historical characteristics.
